- Conditions for returns
Yaki never compromises on the product quality once promised. We deliver what’s exactly shown in the images. Goods once sold will not be returned unless the problem is with size.
We confirm with our customers about their size and quality preference before the purchase, so the customers will be responsible for their exchange other than size issues.
- The product must not be used more than once and should be unwashed. If the size doesn’t fit, the customer must return product to Yaki within one week of purchase.
- If a product is returned to us after various use in inadequate conditions, we reserve the right to send it back to you without a refund.
- The returned package of the product must include the original tags, neck label, package, bill, and freebies and accessories (if any).
- The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer packaging.
- Yaki will not refund the products unless your required size is not available with us. In case of an exchange, the customer must have exchanged products at least the worth of the previous purchase.

Once you have to return the product, call us at 9860304967 or kindly mail us firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of delivery.
Customers will be charged a delivery charge of additional Rs 100 in case of returns or exchange.
